Randy Young serves as the Vice President of Finial Group and oversees the firm’s development and construction projects in addition to serving as a member of the brokerage services team. With more than 18 years of experience, Mr. Young’s expertise encompasses a full range of real estate services including land development, project management, owner representation, tenant representation, user purchase and sale transactions, and build-to-suits.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Randy served as President of Terrenova Real Estate Group, a multidisciplinary real estate company, focusing on the development and construction of both residential and commercial projects, particularly urban infill. During his tenure with Terrenova, Randy oversaw all facets of the development process including financing and equity procurement, due diligence/feasibility, permitting, project management, coordination with local agencies, as well as marketing and advertising. He was also focused on identification and acquisition of land properties for future development projects, as well as the sale of land, either as finished lots or acreage parcels.

Over the course of Randy’s involvement in commercial real estate, he has facilitated the development, management, and sale of over 6,000 acres of land, comprised of numerous master-planned residential communities, mixed-use communities, and commercial land holdings in the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth Markets.

Randy serves on the board of the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals and is also affiliated with other professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute, Greater Houston Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Texas Association of Builders.

An active member of the community, Randy serves on the Commercial Exhibits Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, participates in numerous volunteer activities and is an active member of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students.

Randy earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
