Christian Villarreal is a member of the Finial Group’s brokerage services team and is focused on brokerage including tenant and end user representation. Christian is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost-effective solutions for accommodating their needs. Christian provides lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, negotiations, and value-based recommendations for each of his clients.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Christian spent two years as an Associate working at JLL Houston on the Healthcare & Life Sciences team. While there he was charged with marketing over 2,000,000 square feet of institutionally and privately owned healthcare real estate. His time spent with JLL provided invaluable experience in lease negotiations, financial analysis, and market research.

Prior to JLL, Christian worked for oil & gas equipment manufacturer KW International conducting outside sales. While at KWI Christian was additionally charged with managing field service operations throughout the greater USA. The skills obtained from outside sales and field service management leveraged Christian’s business development and customer service qualifications to best serve his clients’ needs.

Christian is a 2018 graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
