David Durham is a member of the Finial Group’s brokerage services team and is focused on brokerage including tenant and end user representation. David is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost effective solutions for accommodating their needs. David provides lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, negotiations and value based recommendations for each of his clients.

Most recently, David spent two and a half years working for a College Station-based development company where he led land sales efforts and assisted in development. His efforts resulted in the sale of pad sites to Multi-Family and Senior Living groups. With the multiple roles David took on, he gained a holistic understanding of the land development process and prepared himself for his current role within Finial Group.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, David worked as operations manager for a family-owned trailer manufacturing company where he hired, trained, and managed a staff of up to twelve employees within four different departments. This experience expanded his abilities in entrepreneurship and leadership.

David is a graduate from the University of Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business.
