Doc Perrier serves as Vice President of Acquisitions. He primarily focuses on acquisitions, asset performance, and sales transactions of industrial properties while also managing key Finial relationships.

Doc’s responsibilities include:
• Acquiring industrial properties into Finial Group’s investment platforms
• Providing real-time market intel and analytics across all markets Finial Group operates in
• Preliminary evaluation of prospective acquisitions
• Handling negotiations on behalf of owners and tenants
• Due diligence and evaluation of properties
• Performing any necessary post-closing tasks to perform on the value-add for our acquisitions

Doc’s ambitious approach has resulted in him being a top producer not only at Finial Group but across the industry. Doc has assisted in acquisitions of industrial properties in every market Finial Group operates in. On top of being a key part of Finial’s Investment and Acquisitions team, Doc has worked with other institutional-grade investors to evaluate, acquire, and lease industrial properties around the Southern US and continues to advise on their investments today. Doc was accepted into the SIOR Member Associate program in July 2020 and is working towards his full designation.

Doc’s leadership is demonstrated within the firm as a member of the Finial Investment Committee and through his commitment to providing mentorship to other Finial team members. As a member of the Finial Investment Committee, Doc provides valuable guidance and assistance in evaluating Finial’s investment deals across all markets. He also plays an integral role in leasing Finial properties throughout all markets as well as training new associates. Doc has led the Finial Group – Houston office at a corporate level since 2021 and has played a fundamental role in the growth of Finial Group’s brand across all its active markets around the Southern US.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Doc was the Sales and Operations Manager of a large New Orleans, LA based party rental company. Additionally, he worked as an oil and gas landman. Doc graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University.
