Patrick Rubsamen is a member of Finial Group’s brokerage services team and focuses on acquisitions and investments as well as tenant, landlord and end-user representation. Patrick is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships directly with building and business owners and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost-effective solutions to accommodate their needs. Patrick provides lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, negotiations and value-based recommendations for each of his clients.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Patrick began his real estate career at Matthews in Austin, Texas. While at Matthews, he specialized in the marketing and disposition of industrial assets in the central Texas market. Patrick delivered value to clients by demonstrating market expertise, collaborating with senior associates, and executing on clients’ needs at a high level.

Born in San Antonio, Texas, Patrick attended Alamo Heights High School. He moved to Waco in 2018 where he attended Baylor University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the Hankamer School of Business.
