Reagan Bell – Vice President of Asset Management

Reagan Bell serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Finial Group. She primarily focuses on managing the long-term financial planning of all assets, overseeing the performance of assets, and working with the acquisitions team on underwriting and due diligence efforts.

Reagan’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Reviewing leases
• Pricing guidance
• Managing construction projects
• Maintaining relations with clients
• Reviewing investor reports
• Developing capital improvement plans

In addition to Reagan’s primary responsibilities, she leads various departments of Finial Group and is involved in numerous Finial Group committees. Because of Reagan’s tenure with Finial Group as Senior Property Manager, she provides guidance to the property management team across all markets in Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee. She leads efforts in tenant compliance, vendor negotiation, budget setting, and property inspections. Reagan also oversees the accounting department and assists with maintaining ledgers, monitoring balances, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports. She is a member of the Finial Female Group, Logistics Committee, and Investment Committee.

Reagan’s dedication and leadership through all aspects of the company play a key role in Finial Group’s success. She has invested in the development of all team member’s career paths and leads her teams with efficiency, tenacity, and confidence to produce high-quality results.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Reagan gained valuable experience managing residential properties for Campus Homes. After leaving Campus Homes, Reagan joined LKG Realty Advisors as an intern where she was able to observe and learn all facets of commercial property management and development. Thereafter, she was offered a full-time position as Director of Operations where her duties included property accounting, marketing, property management, and office management. Reagan graduated from Texas A&M in 2018 with a degree in Finance.
