Zoey Pawlik is the Vice President of Investments at Finial Group, where she plays a pivotal role on the investment committee. Her expertise is instrumental in overseeing the firm’s investment strategies in collaboration with the acquisitions and property management teams. Zoey’s responsibilities extend to managing relationships with capital and debt partners, ensuring loan compliance, conducting acquisition underwriting, overseeing fund planning, reviewing loan agreements, and approving budgets.

Before her tenure at Finial Group, Zoey honed her skills in asset management at Nitya Capital, focusing on office properties. There, she was responsible for a substantial portfolio, managing seven buildings encompassing over 1.3 million square feet in the Houston area, demonstrating her capability in handling significant real estate assets.

Zoey’s academic background is rooted in Agricultural Economics, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate, from Texas A&M University, where she earned her B.S. in 2019. She furthered her education at the same institution, achieving a Master’s in Real Estate in 2020. This solid educational foundation has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to excel in the real estate investment sector.
