Dylan Schopper is the Managing Director of Investments at Finial Group, steering the company’s investment strategies and operations. With a dedication since 2006 in commercial real estate, Dylan not only leads but also mentors the acquisitions and asset management teams, imparting the extensive knowledge he has accumulated throughout his career.

His regional focus spans the Southcentral and Southeastern United States, where Dylan is known for his exceptional service and expertise, consistently surpassing client expectations and distinguishing Finial Group in a competitive market.

Before his role at Finial Group, Dylan significantly contributed to Caldwell Companies as Vice President of Brokerage, where he served high-profile clients and emerged as a leading producer. In 2011, Dylan founded Northwinds Commercial Realty, successfully doubling the firm’s development platform and launching its brokerage and property management divisions, which saw assets under management swell to 3.5 million square feet in less than five years.

Dylan is actively involved with key organizations such as the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP), the Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce, and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), serving on their Boards of Directors for several years.

His professional accolades include earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009 and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) certification in 2012, prestigious recognitions held by only 3% of commercial real estate professionals worldwide.
