Reagan Bell Emmett – Vice President of Asset Management

Reagan Bell Emmett serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Finial Group. In this role, she oversees the firm’s property management operations and supports investment strategy across the portfolio. Reagan focuses on asset performance, underwriting pricing guidance for construction, and due diligence efforts, while ensuring operational efficiency and value creation across all assets.

Her responsibilities include managing construction projects, reviewing leases, developing capital improvement plans, overseeing tenant and client relationships, ensuring lease and tenant compliance, providing pricing guidance, and reviewing monthly and quarterly investor reports. Reagan also assists with maintaining ledgers, monitoring balances, budget setting, and financial reporting.

She leads efforts related to vendor negotiation, property inspections, and operational oversight, and serves on several internal committees, including the Investment Committee and Logistics Committee.

Reagan began her career in property management in 2017 while working part-time during college. She later joined LKG Realty Advisors, where she progressed from intern to Director of Operations, gaining experience across commercial property management, development, accounting, marketing, and office operations. In 2020, Reagan relocated to Houston and joined Finial Group, where she has continued to grow into her current leadership position.

Reagan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to team development play a key role in Finial Group’s continued success. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and traveling with her husband, Lucas.
