Zoey Talbot is the Vice President of Investments at Finial Group, where she plays a key role in shaping and executing the firm’s investment strategy across its commercial real estate portfolio. As a member of the investment committee, Zoey works closely with the acquisitions, asset management, and property management teams to evaluate opportunities, optimize portfolio performance, and drive value creation.

Zoey’s responsibilities include acquisition underwriting, fund-level planning and analysis, oversight of financing and loan compliance, review of legal and loan documentation, and approval of operating and capital budgets. Additionally, Zoey also manages relationships with equity and debt partners, ensuring alignment across capital sources and investment objectives.

With a disciplined, data-driven approach to investing, Zoey brings a deep understanding of market dynamics and operational execution, supporting the firm’s mission to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns for investors.

Before her tenure at Finial Group, Zoey honed her skills in asset management at Nitya Capital, focusing on office properties. There, she was responsible for a substantial portfolio, managing seven buildings encompassing over 1.3 million square feet in the Houston area, demonstrating her capability in handling significant real estate assets.

Zoey’s academic background is rooted in Agricultural Economics, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate, from Texas A&M University, where she earned her B.S. in 2019. She furthered her education at the same institution, achieving a Master’s in Real Estate in 2020. This solid educational foundation has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to excel in the real estate investment sector.
