Finial Group Acquires Properties for Fund 6
Atlanta, Georgia. Finial Group is excited to announce the progress of this new Southeast Industrial Aggregation fund, which targets a total capital deployed of 53 million in the markets of greater Atlanta, Georgia and middle Nashville, Tennessee. Finial Group acquired four industrial buildings in the Suwanee, Woodstock, Stockbridge, and Atlanta areas as part of their sixth fund. To date, 9.5 million dollars have been deployed for fund 6, which is the first Finial fund focused on markets outside of Texas.
3365 Martin Farm is in the Suwanee area and totals 16,388 Sq Ft on 1.3 acres. This property has great access to I-85 and northeast Atlanta, 1 grade-level door, and 3 dock high doors. 110 Andrew Drive is in the Stockbridge area and totals 30,000 Sq Ft on 1.57 acres. The property features great access to I-75 and Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. 405 Bell Court is a 12,400 SF industrial building sitting on 1.06 acres in the Woodstock area. 405 Bell Court was purchased vacant; however, Finial Group was able to secure a long-term lease a month after acquisition. The fourth property acquired, 3600 Atlanta Industrial Parkway, is 22,353 SF on 1.67 acres in the Atlanta area. The building has a premiere location in Fulton County Industrial, one mile from the intersection of I-285 and I-20. 3600 Atlanta Industrial Parkway, again, Finial Group was able to sign a long-term new lease during the feasibility period.
