Finial Group is excited to announce the second acquisition in 2021 within the Dallas market on behalf of Faropoint Ventures, with the purchase of 4000 Dan Morton Drive. 4000 Dan Morton is a two-tenant distribution property located in the prime Redbird Industrial submarket of Dallas. Finial Group’s Drew Crawford, Jack Callaghan and Jack Gaffney represented Faropoint in this off-market transaction.
