Faropoint Ventures Secures Industrial Property in Dallas, Texas
Finial Group is excited to announce the first acquisition in 2021 within the Dallas market on behalf of Faropoint Ventures, with the purchase of 3113 Glenfield Avenue. 3113 Glenfield is a single-tenant distribution property located in the prime Redbird Industrial submarket of Dallas. Finial Group’s Drew Crawford and Jack Gaffney represented Faropoint in this off market transaction.
