Finial Group Acquires Eight Properties in December, Successfully Completing Deployment of Its Seventh Single-Tenant Industrial Aggregation Fund
Houston, Texas – Finial Group is pleased to announce the completed deployment of its seventh Single-Tenant Industrial Aggregation Fund (“Finial Fund VII”), comprised of freestanding industrial assets strategically located throughout the Houston metropolitan area. In December 2025, Finial Group rounded out the venture with the acquisition of the following properties:

- 6942 Signat Drive
- 13720 FM 529
- 13750 FM 529 – Buildings 3 and 4
- 6927 Brittmoore Road
- 15055 West Drive
- 2323 S. Houston Avenue
All the above properties are located in Houston, Texas.
Finial Fund VII consists of 14 single-tenant industrial buildings totaling 221,816 square feet, providing our investors exposure to a portfolio with well thought out diversification of location, functionality, and occupancy type. The assets reflect Finial Group’s continued ability to identify the right acquisition that blends perfectly into the portfolio already owned within the venture, plus the capability to effectively complete multiple transactions simultaneously in an efficient and effective manner.
