A Finial Group related entity acquires Park Row Tech Center, a 42,070 SF office/flex property in the West Houston Energy Corridor. The center is located off Interstate 10 just west of Highway 6. Park Row Tech Center is part of a 550-acre master planned development comprised of 47 bulk and flex industrial buildings. Major anchor tenants include the regional offices of Pulte Homes, ThermoFisher Scientific, a company within FEI global portfolio, and Spectrum Management. Finial Group closed on the acquisition in June 2017.
