The first property, 4718 Cotton Belt Drive, is a 9,380 square-foot building bought vacant and for lease. The second property, 4223 Dividend Drive, is a 12,000 square-foot property bought in sale-leaseback with Titan Solar. Both transactions were successfully completed with the help of Jack Gaffney and William Alcorn, who represented the buyer.
