SAN ANTONIO, TX – Finial Group closed on the purchase of 5433 Randolph Boulevard on December 14, 2021, in San Antonio. Anthony Certel and David Durham with Finial Group represented a Finial Investments entity as the buyer in the purchase of the 16,664 square foot freestanding industrial building. Finial Group purchased the asset as part of a globalized fund that aggregates industrial buildings in Texas and is on target to acquire over $100 million of similar buildings in the next year.
