Finial Group Completes 14 Industrial Transactions for Dana Safety Supply, Inc. Across Nine States

Houston, Texas – Finial Group is pleased to announce the completion of 14 industrial real estate transactions on behalf of Dana Safety Supply, Inc. over the past 12 months, primarily centered on single-tenant facilities. The leases totaled 314,105 square feet across nine states throughout the U.S.

The transactions include seven new locations, three relocations, and four renewals or expansions, reflecting Dana Safety Supply’s continued investment in both growing its national presence and strengthening its business in established markets. The completed deals include Westborough, Massachusetts; El Paso, Fort Worth, and Houston, Texas; Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami, Florida; Idaho Falls, Idaho; Buena Vista and Rincon, Georgia; Edmond, Oklahoma; Pulaski, Tennessee; West Nyack, New York; and Chester, Pennsylvania.

Finial Group has worked as Dana Safety Supply’s trusted real estate advisor for years to evaluate key opportunities, identify facilities aligned with the company’s operational requirements, negotiate lease terms, and execute transactions across a wide range of critical markets. This latest set of deals builds on a longstanding partnership focused on supporting Dana’s continued growth through a coordinated national real estate strategy, tailored by Finial.

Dana Safety Supply is the nation’s largest provider of public safety vehicle upfitting services and a leading supplier of emergency vehicle equipment to law enforcement, emergency response, and other public safety organizations. The company’s continued expansion allows it to increase service capacity, improve operational efficiency, and better serve customers across its growing national network.

This kind of coordinated, single-tenant industrial strategy across markets is the same discipline that drives Finial Group’s own investment platform, including its Single Tenant Industrial Aggregation Fund, which acquires off-market, freestanding industrial assets across the Sunbelt.

“These transactions are a strong representation of the work we continue to do with Dana across the country,” said Kevin Coleman, Vice President – Finial Group. “Completing 14 leases in a short period of time across markets of this scale and geographic diversity requires a highly coordinated approach, and we’re proud to continue helping Dana identify and secure facilities that support both their immediate needs and long-term growth plans.”

“Finial Group continues to be a valuable partner as we expand and optimize our operations,” said David Russo, CEO – Dana Safety Supply. “Their ability to understand our logistical requirements, navigate a wide range of markets, and execute efficiently has helped us continue growing while maintaining consistency across our facilities nationwide.”
