Finial Group Completes First Acquisition in the DFW Area
Dallas, Texas. Finial Group closed on the acquisition of the Westmoreland Business Center in September 2018 in Dallas, Texas. This is Finial Group’s first acquisition in the DFW area. Westmoreland Business Center is a two-building light industrial project totaling 85,033 square feet located in Dallas, Texas. Finial Group will retain the leasing and property management responsibilities for the Westmoreland Business Center. The property is strategically located 1.7 miles north of Interstate 20 with access to several major thoroughfares, just 10 miles southwest of Dallas CBD in the redbird submarket. The Redbird submarket is one of the stronger industrial submarkets with market vacancy of 2.8% with a vast majority of the properties around the Westmoreland Business Center being 100% leased. Finial Group is actively seeking additional acquisition opportunities in the DFW market and we plan to expand our presence in the market in the coming months.
