The expansion included strategically located single-tenant industrial facilities in Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida; Raleigh, North Carolina; Nashville, Tennessee; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Columbus, Ohio; San Antonio and Odessa, Texas; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Los Angeles and Sacramento, California. These new locations establish a coast-to-coast operational footprint to support Zedcor’s continued growth throughout the United States.
Finial Group played a key role in executing Zedcor’s national expansion, simultaneously navigating multiple markets, leveraging relationships with local brokers and property owners, and negotiating transactions that met Zedcor’s specific operational requirements.
