The 244,550 SF North Houston building, closely located to George Bush Intercontinental Airport and many of Houston’s major thoroughfares, was leased to Maxam Tire North America, Inc. Maxam Tire is a global specialty tire distributor and plans to make this new facility their marquee distribution center for the Southern US. Jack Gaffney and William Alcorn represented the tenant in the transaction, while Richard Quarles, Joseph Berwick, and Eliza Klein of JLL represented the landlord, Equus Capital Partners.
