The Tenant, Zobie Productions, LLC, signed a lease at the 2,700 square foot space. Zobie Productions provides Autograph Mail-in and Pre-Order services to events all over the world. They work with promoters and agencies in order to coordinate private and public signings allowing collectors to obtain their grail autograph memorabilia. Finial Group helped expand Zobie Production’s space in Century Plaza Business Park located in North Houston near George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
