Finial Group, in partnership with Senterra, purchased this asset as part of a programmatic fund that aggregates industrial buildings in Texas and is on target to acquire over $100 million of similar buildings. Justin Tunnel and Mason Alsbrooks with Lee & Associates represented the tenant, while Finial Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
