Located in Northeast San Antonio, this property complemented Finial Group’s existing ownership of the neighboring site, also occupied by Airtron, providing a strategic advantage in the acquisition. Finial Group completed the purchase in July 2022.

This acquisition is a part of the Finial Group’s Single Tenant Industrial Aggregation Strategy, which proactively targets freestanding industrial properties across the Sunbelt states.
