3940 N PanAm Expy is a 24,000-square-foot, dual-tenant, high-quality distribution facility located just off Loop 410 in San Antonio. At acquisition, half of the property was leased, and Finial Group successfully negotiated a co-terminous leaseback with the seller for the remaining vacancy. This structure provides flexibility for potential future conversion to a single-tenant use. The property also boasts an excellent door-to-area ratio. Finial Group completed the acquisition in June 2022.

This acquisition is a part of the Finial Group’s Single Tenant Industrial Aggregation Strategy, which proactively targets freestanding industrial properties across the Sunbelt states.
