Independence Business Park on Mchard

Finial Group acquired 18.795 acres of land for Independence Business Park on McHard Road in July 2018. We developed seven freestanding, crane-served buildings ranging from approximately 18,525 to 50,000 square feet and successfully leased or sold all buildings within the park. Independence Business Park is strategically located in Southwest Houston, with convenient access to Beltway 8 and the South Freeway.
