Andrew Bischoff is a member of the Finial Group’s brokerage services team and focuses on brokerage, including tenant and end-user representation. Andrew is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost-effective solutions for accommodating their needs. Andrew provides lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, negotiations, and value-based recommendations for each of his clients.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Andrew worked as a residential real estate agent at Keller Williams through the remaining two years of earning his undergraduate degree. During his time at Keller Williams, Andrew specialized in single-family investment properties, providing management and profitability analyses.

Andrew is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management. Andrew also completed the Real Estate Economics and Finance program at the London School of Economics.
