Brandon Cade is a member of Finial Group’s Brokerage Services team, specializing in industrial real estate throughout the Atlanta market. He focuses on landlord and investor representation, business development, tenant outreach, and identifying acquisition opportunities for clients seeking industrial, flex, and commercial assets.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Brandon worked with Phillips Edison & Company, one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of grocery-anchored shopping centers. There, he supported leasing efforts across the Southeast, assisting with tenant prospecting, market research, lease negotiations, property tours, and transaction execution for a portfolio of more than 100 retail properties.

A former collegiate football standout, Brandon was a two-time NCAA All-American, 2024 Southern Athletic Association Player of the Year, team captain, semifinalist for the Gagliardi Trophy and a 2025 NFL Draft prospect. The leadership, discipline, and competitive drive developed through athletics continue to shape his approach to serving clients and building long-term relationships.

Brandon earned his Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Berry College.
