Cara Cowser serves as the Vice President of Accounting for Finial Group, overseeing financial strategy, fund accounting, and portfolio reporting across the commercial real estate investments platform. She leads accounting operations that support asset performance, investor transparency, and long-term portfolio growth. In this role, Cara also partners closely with investment, asset management, and executive leadership to align financial reporting with fund strategy, capital deployment, and risk management objectives. Her expertise includes complex fund structures, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance across diversified real estate portfolios.

Before joining Finial Group, Cara served as the Wholegoods Inventory Manager for one of the nation’s largest Kubota tractor dealers. There, she oversaw all aspects of the 9 gulf coast locations’ 80-million-dollar inventory. Her duties included analyzing, ordering, receiving, and distributing all whole goods, as well as coordinating regular cycle counts to help minimize loss. Other duties included various accounting functions such as initiating vendor audits, producing sales department financial reports, ensuring correct cost on all inventory, and reconciling vendor accounts.

Cara graduated in 2018 from Mays Business School – Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance.
