She works closely with service providers, tenants, and ownership to ensure each property operates efficiently, remains well-maintained, and aligns with Finial Group’s institutional standards.

In her role, Carlie conducts regular property inspections, monitors service performance, and helps implement operational strategies that support both the short-term needs and long-term value of each asset. She plays an active role in coordinating repairs, supporting construction activities, and ensuring that tenant requests are handled promptly and professionally.
