Carlie Rodgers serves as a key member of Finial Group’s property management team, where she is responsible for vendor oversight, tenant relations, and the coordination of building construction projects. In her role as Property Manager, Carlie ensures that each asset within the firm’s portfolio operates in alignment with Finial Group’s institutional standards. She conducts comprehensive monthly inspections, oversees service quality, and implements operational strategies that uphold both aesthetic and functional excellence across office, industrial, and retail properties.

Carlie takes a strategic and detail-oriented approach to vendor management, carefully selecting service providers who consistently deliver exceptional results. She places a strong emphasis on tenant satisfaction by maintaining proactive communication and ensuring that service requests are resolved promptly and professionally.

Carlie brings a well-rounded background that spans education, small business ownership, and operational support. Prior to joining Finial Group, she worked as an educator in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, where she honed her skills in organization, communication, and relationship-building. She also led the events committee at two campuses, successfully planning and executing initiatives that strengthened school and community engagement.

In addition, Carlie founded and operated Bloom Nature Play, a customized event planning business that partnered with restaurants, breweries, medical clinics, and social clubs to deliver high-impact, on-brand events. She managed vendor relationships, led marketing and social media strategy, and executed large-scale activations across a variety of industries. Her operational expertise is further reinforced by her experience working at an HVAC company, where she coordinated scheduling, project workflows, and client communication for both residential and commercial sectors.
Carlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University. She brings a service-oriented mindset, strong operational insight, and a passion for creating efficient, tenant-focused environments to her work at Finial Group.
