B.S. Agricultural Economics (Finance and Real Estate) – Texas A&M University

Chase Tucker is a member of the Finial Group’s brokerage services team and is focused on brokerage including tenant and end user representation. Chase is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm’s clients on the most cost effective solutions for accommodating their needs. Chase provides lease analysis, financial analysis, market research, negotiations and value based recommendations for each of his clients.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Chase worked at National Appraisal Partners as an associate appraiser where he gained commercial real estate experience by valuing a wide range of commercial properties.  During his time there he performed full inspections and valuations for a wide variety of commercial real estate properties including proposed and existing industrial, retail, office, multi-family and special purpose properties.

Chase is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics focusing on Finance and Real Estate.
