B.S. Agricultural Economics (Finance and Real Estate) – Texas A&M University

Chase Tucker serves as Vice President of Brokerage Services for Finial Group’s Houston office. In this role, he plays a pivotal part in advancing the firm’s industrial aggregation strategy, focusing on industrial acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation, and the management of key client relationships. Chase also oversees the Houston brokerage team, ensuring seamless execution across all aspects of brokerage operations.

Chase’s diverse responsibilities include:

• Leading property evaluations and managing due diligence processes.
• Negotiating contracts and leases for both Finial Group and third-party clients.
• Organizing and facilitating the company’s weekly property leasing meetings and monthly firmwide meetings covering leasing, investment, and property management activities.
• Maintaining and managing the firm’s internal comparable database to support accurate underwriting for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Providing tailored market insights and cost-effective solutions across all Texas markets where Finial Group operates.
• Leading leasing reviews and making strategic recommendations to optimize property performance.
• Recruiting and onboarding prospective employees to grow the Finial Group team.
• Compiling and presenting market data for internal and external stakeholders.

Since joining Finial Group in December 2019, Chase has made significant contributions to the company’s success. He began his tenure as an associate broker, gaining hands-on experience leasing industrial, retail, and office assets while supporting senior brokers. Over time, his expertise has expanded to include acquisitions and dispositions, particularly in industrial properties, while maintaining an active role in leasing activities for Finial Group and its clients. Chase has facilitated transactions across Texas, Georgia, Colorado, and Florida, contributing to the growth of the firm’s national footprint.

Chase’s leadership extends beyond brokerage activities. He leads the Houston brokerage team, serves as a member of the internal Investment Committee, and plays a key role in the firm’s hiring and talent development efforts. He also spearheaded the creation of Finial Group’s internal comparable database within the firm’s CRM software, providing the brokerage team with up-to-date market intelligence to better serve clients.

Before joining Finial Group, Chase honed his commercial real estate expertise as an associate appraiser with National Appraisal Partners in Houston, Texas. In this role, he conducted inspections and valuations for a wide range of commercial properties, including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and special-purpose assets.

Chase graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, specializing in Finance and Real Estate. His education, combined with his extensive industry experience, continues to drive his commitment to Finial Group’s growth and the success of its clients.
