Chloe Jeansonne serves as Property Accountant I, supporting day-to-day financial operations and property management accounting functions. She is responsible for recording rent payments, posting monthly rent charges, and maintaining accurate financial records across properties.

Chloe Jeansonne also contributes to the preparation of monthly owner reports, performs bank reconciliations, and analyzes budget-to-actual variances to support financial transparency and performance tracking. Additionally, they assist in pulling property management and construction management fees, as well as supporting accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.

Chloe Jeansonne graduated in 2025 from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
