Finial Team

Cole is a member of Finial Group’s Brokerage Services team, specializing in tenant and end-user representation. He is responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities, while helping clients identify real estate solutions that are both cost-effective and strategically aligned with their operational needs. His role includes lease and financial analysis, market research, strategic planning, and supporting negotiations.

Before joining Finial Group, Cole gained hands-on experience during internships at CamoAg and Realty World Carolina Properties. At CamoAg, he contributed to market research, data entry, and property valuation for farmland, while also assisting in lead generation and follow-up. At Realty World Carolina Properties, Cole performed land data analysis, wrote property evaluations and descriptions, listed properties on MLS, and participated in listing meetings, property tours, and land surveys.

Cole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. His comprehensive background in both residential, land, and agricultural real estate enables him to approach every transaction with a unique perspective, ensuring that clients receive the most informed and effective guidance.
