Will Leman is a member of Finial Group’s Brokerage Services team, specializing in tenant and end-user representation. He is responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities, while helping clients identify real estate solutions that are both cost-effective and strategically aligned with their operational needs. His role includes lease and financial analysis, market research, strategic planning, and supporting negotiations.

Before joining Finial Group full-time, Will interned with the firm, gaining hands-on experience in industrial acquisitions, market research, and property outreach. He also previously interned with Texas Football’s Recruiting Operations, where he supported high-profile recruiting events and assisted with the athletic department’s day-to-day operations.

Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin. His background in competitive, team-driven environments informs his relationship-focused approach and long-term commitment to growth in the commercial real estate industry.
